We have recently had a 4 camera HIKVISION system installed by Radium and I cannot fault the service. The location of the cameras was carefully planned and they were installed so as to minimise the impact on the look of the house.

The operation of the system and associated smartphone app was also thoughly explained.

I was also most impressed to learn that Radium replace the hard drives in the HIKVISION DVRs with better quality units. HIKVISION have a poor reputation for using cheap drives that don't last very long but this will not be a problem with the drives designed for CCTV systems that Radium install.
