Unprofessional. Called at 8:00 AM. No answer. Call...

Unprofessional. Called at 8:00 AM. No answer. Called at 9:00 AM "Jennifer" answered phone and said didn't you call like 10 seconds ago? I stated no - I called an hour ago. She responded, "Well, your hour ago was 10 seconds ago." She stated she would call back in 15 minutes. I called back in two hours. "Jennifer" said "HELLO!" I clarified that I had the correct number and business . . . person on phone interrupted and said we called you back 20 minutes ago and spoke to a secretary . . . you need to leave your personal cell number next time. It sounded like a television in the background. Everyone has a bad day - this may be one for her.
However, I would not use or ever suggest using. If this is what you get before working with the establishment - -

A year later I am just seeing the response, the same condescending tone in the email is the same tone that came through on the phone.
