I want to publicly recognize the professionalism/courtesy of Mr. Joe Robert in the service department. I came in for service and Mr. Robert greeted my nephew and I with nothing less than an exceptional approach. He not only took care of my appointment in a timely manner, but he even entertained my 4yr old nephew in between his other clients. Mr. Robert deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating for his character, and I hope this organization reads the compliment I m rendering on his behalf and he s eventually promoted. I will be contacting the corporate office to further praise his conduct. Lastly, as a member of the U.S. Army I will advise all soldiers in the Frisco area with a Honda automobile to see Mr. Joe Robert for their vehicular services!
