Great company, very friendly and helpful staff.

We had problems when it came to fitting the roof windows, nothing to do with Duration just incompetent builders. When the problem was corrected, unfortunately one of the window seals where damaged.

So I got in contact with the after sales team they arranged for their onsite engineer (Lee) to come to see if he could repair the window on site. To our delight he did repair the window, within half an hour, and to top it all off we were not charged for this service. Which was amazing considering the fault was not theirs, and we live 56 miles away from them.

We can t thank them enough. And would highly recommended them.
