I wrote to ask if they would come to do an estimate to repair or replace my heater blower. They would not give me a straight answer regarding the estimate. Was it a free estimate? They wouldn't say. How much would they charge for the estimate? They wouldn't say.
This is dishonesty from the start. They should give a straight answer to a straight question. As simple as that.
