Awful service, was on the phone with very brushed lady. Her customer service manners were appalling, shouting at me. When I asked for an explanation on the rule I was referring to I got an answer ''Its a rule end off'' . They creating stupid rules to which have absolutely no explanation!
Shame I need to give one star to post this as I would happily give minus 10 if I could!
