When we first visited the Fountain Brook model, Mary K Martin (Mary K) was very helpful, friendly and professional. Although there were several people looking at the model home, she acknowledged each person that was present, never ignoring anyone which can easily happen. When we found what we wanted and it was time to sign our contract, Mary K carefully explained everything ensuring that we understood the paperwork before proceeding and signing anything. I can see why a lot of the homeowners spoke so highly of her. Mary K is a great asset to Berkshire Hathaway!!!!!
