Got a bed cover paid over $700, the next day went ...

Got a bed cover paid over $700, the next day went to get it installed it took them 3 hours for a job that required no tools. When I took this cover off the first time and had to put it back on it took me less than five minutes. This morning I took it for an oil change and they tell me it has a recall. I asked how long will it take to get it serviced they told me about an hour. They gave me a rental car and sent me on my way. After 6 hours I called back two times to find out how much longer because I need my truck they can't give me an answer because the lady that did paper work is on lunch for an hour and I don't know when they will be done with my truck and the person that answered the phone doesn't know anything... this is not acceptable for service to take this long for an oil change and recall that was supposed to take 1 hour.. never coming here again what a joke!!
