They do hiring in a very ill legal way. They ask freshers to sign a service agreement or bond of 4 years and also keep their original academic documents with them for 4 years. If anybody tend to break the service agreement. They would panelty you amount more than your package. So i would not recommend anyone to start their career in a ill legal way.
