Wajiha showed us around on a Saturday morning extremely professionally around The Villa and two other areas.
However, all the promised follow ups ( summary of houses visited & to put us in touch with colleagues overseeing Arabian Ranches & Damac Hills) did not materialise.
Several messages and calls went unanswered.
Totally unprofessional and inexcusable.

Round 2 - A fortnight after the average first round experience, our search brought us back to Wajiha. I must say that she now went out of her way in all the different phases of the process - search - contracting - processing and post move.
Especially so in the post move phase when I don t believe many would have gone to the extent she did in sorting out all the maintenance issues we had in the villa.

She was outstanding and I would give her a 5/5 during our second round experience. It is only when averaging out both encounters that the rating drops to a 4.
