It's the most unprofessional operating leasing company. I got the Arval property in July with the company's car, and after the platform came with a roadside assistance service that they provided, I stole 500 euros worth of stuff ( sunglasses, external battery, charging cables, etc.). I have been claiming that for 2 months they told me that they are analyzing this referral and that they will solve it with my request not to go to the Police. My surprise today after 2 month and a half send me an email that they really have no responsibility because the car they own is not included in the towing service contract and as such they have only done a service that helped me to pull the car on condition in which Autonom is the company with which they have a towing contract.
I do not recommend this company and those who already have cars from Arval do not have any goods in the car and you need to tow from Autonom as you are sure without them.
