Its unacceptable to spend multiple days on the phone never speaking to anyone just being on hold. If you do get an answer its usually because the phone system sent you to the main switchboard because no one answers phones ever. Its hard enough getting to see a doctor without waiting months but near impossible to make an appointment. This is why Vets are at their wits end while trying to get help.
