Our home a/c outdoor unit broke down. Jon Wayne was the only 1 of 3 services contacted able to come out same day. Technician Abel spent 3 hours with me not just diagnosing but helping me strategize a well rounded resolution. This included understanding our indoor unit (airflow handler). This was super important given replacing the outdoor unit wouldn't solve a previously unnoticed airflow problem (causing stress). We agreed on a comprehensive solution that we understood and could agree to.
