My wife and I dealt with Eben McCrea at SMP. What a very pleasant experience. He listened to my wife and what she was wanting and nailed it the first vehicle. She rode in 2017 Silverado z71. she fell in love with this truck, it drives like an SUV. Very beautiful ride. I have to say whoever helped train Eben has shown him a good structure for listening to the customers.
