Robert did a bang up job communicating and executing the job. He diagnosed and solved a problem that a previous plumber either couldn't or didn't feel like making the effort at the time. Robert took the time and unclogged a big backup, probably the result of lack of care by previous owners of my apartment complex (Celebration at Sandy Springs). Very thankful!
