I have asked David A. Liden of Remedios & Co to help me with a certain strata problem. He assured me that he would fully resolve the problem for a fixed cost, paid upfront. Nothing was accomplished. Nothing at all. I had to sell and move out. However, the final statement of services from R&Co, which included items like BC online search, BTW double-billed (and what is it?), was equal to the upfront amount exactly. I think David A.Liden is the worst lawyer I ever seen or heard of.
