First time at this location . Staff is friendly, store organized and clean. Keep up the great work Kerrville tx.

Other than not enuff registers open at times this is my place of preference to grocery shop

Great store. All the bells and whistles: in-store kitchen, large produce section, store coupons, lots of cashiers.

This one isn't as enjoyable to shop in as other's, but I appreciate their attempts in the small store they're working in.

quick checkout. everyone wore masks, socially distanced and was friendly. Our cashier really was patient and kind and tried to help us find and hand sanitizer wipes. cool to go to heb in its birthplace.

Small HEB I was looking for help in deli and the guy was just starting at me for the longest time till he decided to get up

They offer great deals all the time, but I want them to do better about plastic use and transparency apt conservation measures. Come on now!

High prices. Jacking them up in advance of Thanksgiving. Many folks on fixed pensions are having difficulties with this!!!!!!

I was checking out and I didn t realize I went over my limit and didn t have enough to pay for my items (due to my dog getting into a bad accident the night before and having to pay for his care) and a employee named Brisa said not to worry about it and she paid out of pocket for the rest of my items. She has no idea how much of a difference she made. There is still kind of people in this world!

Smaller store than the other, but a lot easier to get in and out when you just need some necessities.

I shop at HEB all the time and at numerous locations. This one had the friendliest employees by far, and literally ALL of them!

This store has amazing prices and a great selection of fruit. Great deals and was very good for cheap meal planning. I needed help finding a couple of things and there were always employees nearby to help me around the store. On one occasion, an employee took my shopping list and helped me find everything on it. This store has gotten me to rarely shop at Walmart anymore. Walmart is good but this HEB has everything you need and amazing staff. I will come here again and again!

Not the best experience I've had at HEB. I asked an idle employee where something was, and he literally pointed with his head. When I asked for clarification, he seemed perturbed. All of my heavy items and glass jars were put in the same bag, the handle of which broke before I got out the door. The cashier was friendly though.

Always the best place to shop, clean, well stocked, friendly service, manageable lines, lots of cashier, fresh meat and produce. Love that I live here, easily the best grocery store in the state, probably the country.

I love HEB!! I can get twice as much and great quality food there, than the store in my town! I'd rather drive an hour to HEB, then drive 20 minutes to our store!!

Appreciate the extra service of unloading groceries
At checkout counter. Also have a HEB employee carry the cart to unload groceries.
I am an elderly customer, and for HEB to go the extra mile means so much.

Employees need training. Parking lot is too cramped and store need to be rebuilt.

I love H-E-B! It's the only place I shop! I always find what I need and a lot more, that I probably don't need!!! Anyhow, we need one in the town I live in which is Bandera Texas! We have a store called Lowe's and it's horrible! so hopefully y'all can work on that, that would be great! I've even started to buy all the stuff with your green checks on it, from the chips to whatever that has the green check I buy it! Because the quality is good and everything tastes really good! I used to never do that it had to be brand name! Anyhow, I'll be back there soon! Thank you!

Saturday morning August 15th, was the first time I had returned to buy groceries at our favorie HEB since my husnand died. I was having an extremely hard time coming with him no longer here. The woman in charge of the shopping carts at the north end of the store, her name tag read Cynthia, helped me through a really sad time. She was compassionate and kind not overwhelming, but generously came to my aid. God bless her now and forever. Anne Stewart

Just moved to town. Have never been to a HEB. Great prices and good selection. Much better than our store in our place in Tucson. The staff are all really nice people. Will definitely look forward to our next shopping center.

It is a small store but it is well located, very well stocked, friendly and trained staff.

There are 3 grocery stores in Kville. 2 of them are HEBs. I like the little HEB better than the big HEB but even the big HEB doesn't have everything making a trip to Sam Walton's megamart a necessity. Sigh.

H.E.B is my neighborhood grocery store...I love them!!

Kerrvillians are a mixed bag o nuts. Which is why I prefer Fbg or Boerne Hebs.

Heb is awesome.. The best prices. AND a small store and then the larger always way to busy one for more variety.. I have tried HEB brands and o give them thumbs up

Being this is the "birthplace" of HEB this place is always busy and has great selections including an awesome heart shape steak for Valentine's Day!!

Nice stock of fruit and vegetables, and everything in between, most of all employees are helpful and friendly.

Needed more checkers but found all that I needed there.

Cashier was rude , we went thru the speed line and we had about 20 items , we didn't taught it was a big deal cause there wasn't any other costumers behind , but she made a big deal about it .

What can I say? Our HEB is very proactive in meeting our particular area's needs. They plan ahead to meet specialized situations. Product offered is high quality, low-priced

Always clean, friendly associates, easy to find what you're looking for.

Always good shopping here. We are mostly changing from Walmart because of the greater choices.

We're kinda in a twilight zone, our big heb is being reconstructed into a super sized store, and they have stopped stocking lots of items weeks before it will be finished, but our little heb store doesn't have the room to stock all the items the bigger store regularly stocked.
