My experience at Optimum RV was EXCELLENT. I had done a lot of research over the last several weeks on pre-owned Fith Wheels trailers and when visiting the dealers, in some cases, they were not what I expected. However, Optimum posted very good pictures of the RV units and they were a good representation and more importantly priced right.

My Sales Rep George Rolle was great to work with. Prior to visiting the Store, George and I had spoken over the phone about what I was really looking for. He took the time to do some additional research of his inventory and proceeded to text me a few more pictures. In fact, George was so dedicated, when I inadvertently sent George a text after hours, he responded immediatly with the answer to my question. Very Dedicated and Commited to ensuring my wife and I were happy with our selection... Thank you George...

It was apparent to me that the team supported one another very well. Pete Smith the Manager was very transparent and good to work with. Tony Tech did a very thorough job during the walk-through of the unit. Conner Cockfield the Finance Manager was also very pleasant to work with.
