AVOID! Do not use!!!! One of the most difficult,...

AVOID! Do not use!!!! One of the most difficult, poorly designed, least intuitive systems ever encountered and a complete nightmare for our staff. We faced immense issues from the initial Go-Live (and complete lack of product support) to our recent roll-out of electronic tax forms.....should it really take 5 'clicks' to even find where the W2's are located???
