Their scents and product are amazing!!! The customer service is very lacking. Do yourself a favor and never do a will call order. I ve been waiting outside for over an hour for pickups for they keep saying it will just be another minute. You would think for a will call order your product would be pulled and ready with your name on the box...but no. They pull your product from inventory once you arrive which is what causes an extreme delay. Getting the bath & body work wall plug-in is just as wonderful and a heck of a lot better experience.
