You'll get transferred and told to call someone else, before they transfer you back to the same person and give you a different number to try calling. The people you might manage to get a hold of, don't want to speak to you and have no desire to do so. None of them seem to care about their jobs, and couldn't care less if you've got a problem. Absolutely regret getting involved with this institution.
