The Mecca lives up to its name. Patrons are really friendly and the staff is nice as well. It s clean for a power lifting gym near the beach and the outdoor area is perfect. I love exercising outside, I feel like I recover faster with the fresh air.

Anyone is welcome here and despite the large number of cars in the lot I rarely wait for equipment even in busier times. I would recommend this place to people of all fitness levels but especially athletes or those with athletic goals it s a great place to learn passively or actively. I ve worked with a trainer a few times and he had brought me a lot of value. The base membership is affordable based on what you get, the hours, and whats available in the area.
