Worst car buying experience ever. Stopped for a Car Fax listing and it turned out that the out the door price was more than 50% higher than listed. Things like 1000$ non-finance and 1000$ non-trade-in fees plus service fee in about same amount are an absolute NOGO, even when stated in the small print on their website. Almost $1000 dealer fee and about $600 for a new plate are making the rip off complete.
At least Abraham, the sales agent, was very nice and friendly and tried to do his very best, but his efforts were useless with a management not willing to get anywhere close to competitors fees.
So I left and ended up buying the same car, but as a new one at almost same price as the 3 yr old one offered from Toyota of Tampa Bay from another dealer. I really have to thank you for opening my eyes.
