This past weekend was the third time that we have stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago. Each and every time was a memorable experience for our family. The service and attention to detail that each staff member brings to the fore make this experience a real value. We were especially spoiled by Andrew who went above and beyond to turn a minor hiccup in our visit into a service recovery that will cause us to pause before considering any other hotel other than the Waldorf when staying in Chicago.
