Incredibly disappointing. We showed up and were placed into a room on the 9th floor. We noticed the bed had stains and the pillows had dirt on the covers. Called down to the front desk and they moved us. Second room was more of the same, with stains on the sheets and hair in the bed. Third room had chocolate stains on the sheets so we called it quits. We left and went to the Residence Inn by the convention center.

We received 1000 bonus points for our trouble of having to relocate and find a hotel at the last minute. This is a systemic problem when 3 different rooms are filthy. It displays the lack of leadership at this hotel. Marriott should be ashamed of this property. Look elsewhere, this place is a dump.
