I dont know what others have experienced but my experience was 5star all the way. From the guy who answered my call and set up the service tech to the actual tech (named Sal). He arrived as he said he would at the time he stated and was clean professional and fully equipped to handle our problem. It took him about 1hour to solve something that's plagued us for 3 days and multiple attempts with multiple people and other handymen . I give these guys 5stars
