We went into Sill-Terhar on Friday, November 21, for our Lincoln MKZ Hybrid 6-month checkup (hadn't reached 5,000 miles yet). All personnel with whom we interacted were friendly, masked, and social distanced. Their waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. Since we were the only ones in there, we had control over the TV, which is a nice thing to have. Original thoughts were that we would have to leave the car for the day and use a loaner, but they were able to take care of this checkup right away. Their estimate of the time it would take was pretty much on the mark. We do so appreciate the car wash.
