On 10.8am at 4pm at the entrance to the home we were greeted by a totally unkind receptionist with no greetings, very rude and sharply told us that on weekends there was no bringing things. Without question, we who work can come in a week, and we are not from Zagreb, under threat of calling the police, and the table is small for a balcony that is supposedly allowed, but obviously the rules and regulations of this home are not the same for all users and do not apply equally to all rooms. It is unfortunate that in an old home where everything should be appropriate for users with a lot of love and patience, they experience such things.
