Ikano operates IKEA Singapore and deals with the customer service. The IKEA online shopping platform was unstable and after finally making an order. I contacted the customer service centre handled by Navin, after multiple inquires, Navin was finally able to answer the inquiry. I was told they can't change an order when I wasn't able to make one in the first place and that I can pick an earlier delivery slot when it wasn't possible thus the inquiry. The customer service in this experience was unhelpful and good at stating the obvious, a chat bot could have done that (or better).
