Arla Slaughter is the BEST! We owned a house in Opelousas that we rented out for a couple of years before we put it on the market. We live in Kentucky.... Arla came highly recommended and we loved her personality when we first met on the phone. She immediately went to work - she gave us very honest opinions about the house and color scheme. She worked tirelessly to coordinate the repairs we needed - plumbing and electrical - as well as finding a fantastic painter.
We had the house on the market for 2 days and got an offer - However, the buyer had issues with his financing paperwork. We ended up extending the offer a month at a time until it just sold in February of 2018. I cannot tell you how many visits she made to the house - how many phone calls she made to the buyers agent - how many times she held our hands over the phone as we agonized over the delays that were out of our control.
