The clerk gave me a poor explainanation when asking me if I wanted to upgrade. Asked me if I wanted to upgrade for $30 extra. Instead charged me 150 for the room, of course I initialed the rate thinking I was in good hands. I went to check out and received bad news, management was unwilling to work with me. Never again. I didnt even complaine when there was a used make up pad stuck to the wall in my shower. Don't stay here go to the main strip way better
