Upon check in the front desk check in guy convinced us to upgrade to a suite for an additional $20 a night. We thought okay nice. NOT. If someone says a suite you would think there would be a fridge and coffee maker in the room. No. The only thing you get is a bigger room. Needless to say I went and traded back to my original room.
2. Went and had breakfast at the cafe and I opted for the fruit cup for $4.00. Big mistake. The worst fruit around. When checking out to pay the cashier asked if everything was okay and I told her about the fruit. She blew me off. So I preceded to ask her why she asks if she didn t want to respond. She just said they tell the chefs. They are not too good with customer complaints for sure. On a good note - The buffet was one of the best I ve had.
