I was informed before sending my shipment for the first time I went to the building where they are and the information they gave me was that if any garment of which I would send 100 soles would be confered to me 14% and if I sent original brands such as Nike, Adidas and that exceeds 100 soles, they applied a higher percentage to the previous one.
They told me that I can send clothes, shoes and toys.
I made three shipments of women's clothes to my family, buying them here in offers and affiliating myself to a lingerie brand, which makes it even cheaper for me to buy any of my clothes that exceed 100 soles. Well, I made three shipments of parcel and when going to get my room sent ... Bingo !!!
I leave with the story that as it is very much the shipment of said lingerie of my brand, which I clarify here as soon as I adjusted the kilo and none of my clothes exceeded 100 soles, they leave me with that they were going to charge me 14% of the sum of everything .more the collection of the kilo. I found it in very bad taste and of little seriousness because I had already made 3 shipments and they never told me anything about this, they gave me to understand that I was marketing with 1kilo of clothing sent .... Please ridiculous total. When I have told them in full confidence, it is not like that ... But in the end they lose a client or maybe they have already lost several with those kind of shady changes that apply right away ... To top it off their Facebook page do not leave comments ... something will be ... I personally put my complaint in IDECOPI I will pay my 36 soles gladly, for this company to put the batteries and do their job well and above all improve their treatment to the client.
And in Madrid my relative will do it because to top it off my family member had already made the previous sworn statement, lost time. I think a joke. Speak clearly and they would have told me already in my last shipment .... Total that I will never recommend it.
