The Gutting Group, and specifically our agent--Nikki Keever, were and continue to be incredibly helpful in the home buying process. Nikki helped us purchase our first home in 2014. Nikki was quick to listen and advise as needed. Nikki was great at asking questions to help my wife and I to both make a choice to ensure that we all were getting what we were looking for. Since we were interested in purchasing an older ranch-style home, we were concerned about a few "older home problems". We asked Nikki to help inform our decision making process and she did just that--calling in her contacts and team to inform our questions. She and her team were prompt, professional, and downright enjoyable to work with. Since 2014, Nikki and her team continue to be a part of our family--with The Gutting Group summer outing and Thanksgiving/Santa Photo events. We truly look forward to these events and the opportunity they afford to continue the relationship began in 2014.

As a closing through, there are times when agents--insurance, realtors, mortgage brokers, or similar--are clearly in their business to strictly make the highest value transaction possible and move on. This transactional business is not the case with The Gutting Group. Nikki and the rest of the Gutting Group are interested in building a long-term relationship with their clients to serve them and their family. For any home buyer--first time or beyond--I cannot recommend Nikki Keever and her team more highly!
