I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Freedomcase LLC products for quite some time now. The quality of their products is average, but I must say the customer service is great. They always respond promptly to any queries or concerns I have. I appreciate that they constantly strive to improve their products and take customer feedback into consideration. Overall, I would rate them as average.
