I don t understand how anything gets done on Vente...

I don t understand how anything gets done on Ventena Construction sites considering there is absolutely no direction, no clear instruction, procedures and clear explanations and cautions are always avoided. Any issue will be put on sub trades. We came as a third party sub trade to catch up and clean up work, and have been mistreated unfairly assessed based off previous experiences they must of had. I ve noticed there is not one employee or trade that is happy on any level working with this company.. defenitly not something I would want my family moving into or working for. Very poor super intendent management as well. They defenitly need to invest in professional and outside sources for advisement. !
