SMUD. WOW. All I am trying to do is set up an account. Ive called multiple times, Ive removed a credit freeze *since ive had my identity stolen* I cant use the online portal, I cannot make it to the office during business hours, and other utility companies have already set up services with me. BUT... not smud. they continue to give me the run around, even though the account has no freeze on it at this point. the customer reps are atrociously rude and condescending as the kicker of all this. horrible customer service
