So historically, communication from service depart...
So historically, communication from service department staff has been lacking..either incorrect appointment time, or late/no follow-up. However, the last time I made an appointment, I was actually the one who forgot about it after a trip out of state. So, the next week I decided to just go "walk-in" and due to no loaners available was able to schedule (and keep) an appointment for a couple of days later. The lady who met us at the garage doors and helps with intake is a phenomenal person! She is very kind, very upbeat, professional, and helpful. This trip in, we got there and the loaner was provided, I got my daughter to school on time still, and my car repair was finished and the loaner returned in less than two hours. I was pretty impressed with that - how smoothly it went, and the repair (rear windshield fluid was leaking into the car) seems to be working well. Thank you.
