I have 2 Mercedes vehicles. I have owned several other luxury vehicles in the past. For the most part the service is very satisfactory and some times it has been a real nightmare. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of South Charlotte set a new bar for experience. My service tech Adam is the best. Great with follow up and setting expectations. Very personal and happy to explain things to you. I highly recommend them for service of your Mercedes as well.
