All of the staff were courteous and helpful. They did not rush my decision and I felt like they offered me fair deals and did not try to oversell me on anything. The time of COVID is a strange one and everyone is adapting, but (from the perspective of a healthcare provider) I think that they could do a better job with cleaning and sanitizing items that multiple customers frequently touch such as pens and armrests. I did not see anyone cleaning things or offering/using hand sanitizer, though everyone was wearing a mask, which I appreciated!
