I purchased a 2017 Honda Accord Touring new in the fall of 2017. This was the third car that had been purchased from Hendrick Honda. Had never had an issue with the previous purchases in either sales or service. This time around, the purchase of the vehicle was simple with no issues at all. Manny was great. However, service was another issue. Really felt like they just didn t understand or care at all. When you can t explain why a car can t go more than 5,000 miles without new tires, there is a problem. Either with the tire or with your service department when the car is brought in on your recommended service schedule. I have called or emailed to complain or discuss my service contract and not hear anything back at all. There will not be a fourth Hendrick Honda vehicle in our driveway.
