I had a mediocre experience at Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and I had to ask multiple times for simple things like towels and extra pillows. The breakfast was also disappointing, with limited options and mediocre quality. Overall, it was an average stay.
