Staff is friendly, equipment is great, easy online sign up for a variety of classes, wi-fi, great child care where the kids have lots of different things to do, big and open and enough equipment that it never feels packed, great locker room, --I drive across the valley to work out here because it's...comfortable. It's my gym.
(I was noticing the bad reviews. Take note that these people can't even spell. lol)
