I called at 3.30 to check the small pool was open....

I called at 3.30 to check the small pool was open. Was told that it was, it would be open until 6 but was getting busy. So I left immediately and drove the 8 miles with my seven year old son to arrive and be told the small pool has been closed for a while due to "water quality issues". A complete waste of time, fuel and now a distraught son in tears.

It's not like it was a difficult question. Utter incompetence
