I've had a very disappointing experience with Lexus recently from the car buying experience to the service. I recently moved to California and bought a NX200t from this dealership. After I signed the agreement, the sales guy (Steve K.) told me Lexus has a complimentary shuttle service to pick me up from my house to the dealership. Minutes later he called to me to say their driver was unavailable and they would reimburse me for Uber there. Never saw the reimbursement. It's not the money part, but the not keeping your word part that gets me.
Fast forward a month later, my car window got broken into so I took it to the dealership for repairs. They (Robert F.) looked at it and suggest that I bring it to a body shop. When I got my car back this morning, I had expect to find the car back in the original condition as when I brought it to them. Instead, I opened my car door to find..no door. Just a bunch of wires peeking at me, and the door sitting haphazardly in the back seat of the car. Frankly, I had no expected to see this lack of professionalism. When you pay for a luxury brand like Lexus, you expect a certain kind of professionalism and service that was clearly not displayed here. One word: DISAPPOINTED! I hope it's just this particular dealership and not a reflection of the overall Lexus brand.
