I called to move my service to my new home. I was on hold for 15 minutes before someone came on the phone to tell me they would have a representative call me shortly. After waiting over an hour I called back only to be told someone would get back with me in a couple days. I was told if I tried to cancel my service I would be charged a fee of $1250 since my contract wasn't expired until April 2020. I can't believe how they treat an existing customer who wants to continue being a customer. At the end of this contract I am switching to ADT.
