Bought a brand new Lexus. Was delivered to my home the day after Thanksgiving. Ryan Tierney went over every option on my new car. He made sure I knew how to use technical device on it. He took the time to explain everything about my Apple CarPlay and made sure I was. Comfortable using it. I'm not particularly tech savey but felt very confident using it in the future. No one has ever took the time like like he did.
