Alex met us outside the door and the whole experience was most enjoyable. The showroom was laid out exactly to ensure social distancing (including the toilet!) and it was comforting to have the temperature check on way in. Having the place virtually to ourselves with Alex for an hour was very worthwhile - compared with the many people on previous visits which inhibits attention and finding things. Very impressed with Alex's knowledge of knowing what was where and taking the time to lay things out and give expert opinion on what works and what does not before furnishing us with the appropriate samples. Had Karndean many times before and we will now for hall, lounge, dining area and kitchen after the visit.

Well done Karndean for that wonderful Evesham showroom which exhibits the wares in a unique way that cannot be done by any partner. Must cost a fortune but worth every penny in terms of the image it builds for the company... and well done and many thanks to Alex.
