If I could give 0 I would. This company make the a...

If I could give 0 I would. This company make the appeal process really hard. I sold the car prior to the ticket, told this this and they wanted proof which I would do if the website didn t crash every time. Why do I need to prove anything? Just check with DVLA again, I m not here to do your job for you.

Just incredibly annoying. I m not paying for a ticket which obviously wasn t me.
