I took my C300 for an engine light diagnosis and met with Joshua. He helped me through the process including assisting me to getting my loner car. Joshua was very polite and helpful to my needs, answers all my questions including all my texts with service status update. It was definitely a great experience.

Also, I have met with the two Kevins' sales personnel to assist me in choosing a certified used car for financing. Both of them were very helpful and patient. The showed me all my options, differences between the cars I had in mind. All in all, I ended up driving off with my 2017 GLC300. The financing personnel Jagdeep was very helpful and honest on guiding me through all the documents I needed to sign. The best part of the signing process was him stating the contents of what I was about to sign. It really made me feel confident knowing he is honest and thorough.
